Our custom itinerary fee covers research, planning, booking and confirming for all aspects of the trip. This includes accommodations, guides, experiences, transfers and access to your custom itinerary in the AXUS Travel app. This fee is $250 per person, per week of travel.
*This fee does not include air travel. Should clients wish to book air travel through FTC, we work with air experts for this service who charge additional rates for air reservations.
**Rates are set after our initial discovery call and we understand the scope and scale of the trip and the amount of research and work involved. In certain instances, special rates may apply.

$650 for 1-7 days of travel for up to 5 people. Each person over 5 people is an additional $150 per person, per week thereafter.
Last minute booking fee of 50% for trip requests within 45 days of travel or 90 days of holiday travel.
Trips over 7+ nights will be quoted during the consultation phase based on complexity of destinations and timeframe.
From $200. Not sure where to stay for a quick getaway or resort/hotel stay and want our recommendations + access to VIP treatment/red flag on your reservation?
You can opt for our Hotel Only + Tailored Recommendation consultation. We will VIP your stay with our friends and hook you up with the concierge team for all logistics and ancillary services.
